Acronis True Image 2014 Premier - Cloud Backup - READ ERROR OR METADATA CONTENT IS CORRUPTED

Hi,
Two backup jobs in place: local and cloud. Local performs well, no errors. Cloud started to produce an error : Read error or metadata content is corrupted.
Clearly this a problem on Acronis Cloud infrastructure as the same files are backed up locally with no issues.
How this can be corrected?
