Acronis True Image 2014 Premium not deleting old versions or starting new backup

Thread needs solution

For months, TI 2014 has worked just fine. Suddenly, I noticed my external HD was nearly full. The reason, instead of TI 2014 cycling my backups, it's just adding backups.

My settings (image attached) are supposed to have one full backup after every five incremental backups. This has been flawless since November, 2013. Now, suddenly, I've got 11 incremental backups and multiple versions (image attached)

How do I force the program to perform a full backup, delete the old versions, and start the correct rotation of 1 Full + 5 incremental, Delete the chain, Create 1 Full + 5 incremental?

Eric,
Do you know what changes might have occured prior to inc #5?
For example, did you update TI to a new version; or edit the backup task with changes?
Review the log file for the last several backups and see if it provides any clues.

Do you have the storage room for a few more inc's? If yes, let it run for a few more--maybe up to inc #12 and see if it straightens itself out. Otherwise, you wil need to cease using this task and create a new one.
