Acronis true image causing Bsod errors.
Hello everyone I have a problem that I hope someone on here can help me with.
I am getting frequent bsod although they all seem to be different errors, I have spent hours googling them but not getting anywhere.
I am running windows xp sp3, fully updated and malware free (as far as my anti malware can tell)
The errors always occur when I am backing up using Acronis true image 2012.
I have some information about the errors below from event viewer.
Error source - service control manager
Event properties - The following boot-start or system-start drivers failed to load - Lbd
Microsoft support link - EVENT_BOOT_SYSTEM_DRIVERS_FAILED
The following boot-start or system-start drivers failed to load %1
Lbd as far as I can find out is linked to ad-aware anti malware which I have run in the past but do not have on my machine any longer.
Another bsod from tonight..
Error source - system error, category (102)
Product: Windows Operating System
ID: 1003
Source: System Error
Version: 5.2
Symbolic Name: ER_KRNLCRASH_LOG
Message: Error code %1, parameter1 %2, parameter2 %3, parameter3 %4, parameter4 %5.
This is a pc that I built myself a few years ago and have always kept it clean and updated and never had any problems before (that I couldnt solve myself) but this has me stumped!
My system is as follows...
Asus P5Q-E motherboard
Intel E8400 3.0Ghz CPU
ATI Radeon HD 5670 graphics card
2x2GB DDR2 ram
I have reseated all ram and graphics card, done malware scans, run chk dsk and done a ram test and all seems fine so im all out of ideas now so hopefully some clever person can help me find the problem.
The errors only occur when running Acronis doing a back up.
Thanks in advance for any help.
I have attatched the memory dump file.

The event log message you are getting is not related. It is a leftover entry in your registry that is created when Windows tries to start a device driver that no longer exists. You could edit the registry and remove the references to that driver, and the event log messages would stop.
As fas as your problems with 2012, I would suggest that you export your tasks, un-install 2012, download and run the 2012 cleanup utility, and re-install 2012. You then could import your tasks, but would be better off creating new tasks. You can re-install your current 2012 build, or you could download the most current copy from you Acronis account (if your registered your serial number).

Thank you for your help.
I uninstalled 2012. downloaded and ran the cleanup utility and then re-installed 2012.
Installed without a problem and as soon as i ran the back up program the pc locked up with another blue screen!
Anything else i could try?

What message are you receiving when you blue screen?
What version of ATIH 2012 are you using (Build 7133 is the current build)?
Are you using SoundMAX software on this PC? If so this could be a problem. There are some posts here concerning this and a provided workaround/solution. http://forum.acronis.com/forum/27978. You could always remove the SoundMAX software and re-install after testing.
Also this could be related to system board chipset and controller driver issues. You system uses an Intel controller and chipset (as well as Marvel and Silicon Image controllers), and you should be sure that you have the latest Intel INF file support and the lastest Intel RST support installed.
The following are direct links to Intel for the INF and RST software. Download and install the following on your system (in this order):
Intel Chipset Device Software (INF update Utility): http://downloadmirror.intel.com/20775/eng/infinst_autol.exe
Intel Rapid Storage Technology: http://downloadmirror.intel.com/21730/eng/iata_enu.exe

The message says "page fault in non paged area"
I am using the latest version- build 7133.
I am using soundmax software and i have had problems in the past with it causing blue screens containing the driver "senfilt.sys"
I resolved this by completely uninstalling soundmax and downloading the latest drivers from Asus which stopped these blue screens.
The next bit is a little outside of my scope but i followed your links and the first one installed fine but the second one said my pc does not meet the minimum requirements for this software?
Thanks for sticking with this, i appreciate it.

Your system does not need the second product installed if you get that message as a result of trying to install it. Take a good look at your drivers for your sound card, controllers, NIC's, graphics card, etc. Be sure they are all current. Also you may want to do a memory test on your system to be sure you do not have any memory problems. Memtest86+ is a good one but there others as well. http://www.memtest.org/, http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/tp/memorytest.htm

I checked all my drivers and they are all up to date, i did a ram test using WINDIAG which came back fine.
I did a bit of google searching on this Lbd driver which is related to Lavasoft Ad-aware (which i uninstalled months ago) and it seems this driver stays on your system even after uninstalling so i found a way to get rid of it by deleting it from my registry.....and it seems to have done the trick!!
I have done 4 back ups with Acronis since and all working fine now :)
So hopefully that is the end of it!
Thank you very much for all your help with this problem, amazing that the fix was so simple after all the headaches it has caused me!!
