Acronis True Image has stopped working
I am trialling this product on 2 windows 7 pc's both are up to date and running emsisoft anti-malware apart from that not that exciting.
I got it working on first machine 2 days ago but today the application dies with the windows stopped working report after about 10 seconds. Installed it on the second machine and same report.
both are registered to the cloud and are on build 6673.
Would a cloud problem bring the application down.
I could not make sense of how to report to customer services - I have registered the trial product.
help

Seems there is a problem with the application accessing your account. Recommendation:
Click on the Support tab top right of this page
Scroll result page down and click on Contact Support
Choose Technical issues Questions from the drop down list
In the next box that appears choose Trial version which will bring up a login screen
Enter your login info
This will activate the contact options on the page from which you should be able to start a live chat session
Hopefully this will provide resolution to your problem.
