Acronis True Image Home 10 Failed to backup file in Ext3 partition
Hello,
I use Acronis True Image Home 2010 with Windows Vista Family Edition SP2. I got some errors message when I try to manually backup a Linux Ext3 partition data from Acronis in Windows or with Standalone Acronis (in this late situation, Acronis freezed and I need to restarted the computer with power button). I use Ext2Fsd to access my Linux partition throught Windows. The error message I got is :
Failed to backup file or folder 'E:\donnees\data'.
Specified file does not exist. (0x40011)
Tag = 0x8E859EE5CE9A23CC: Retry/Ignore/Cancel
My first attempt is to check if the problem was the Ext2Fsd driver I use. I try to backup another Linux Ext3 partition data I have and I met no problem.
Then, I make a surface test on my partition with Partition Table Doctor. It found no bad sector.
Then, I attempt to check the integrity of my Linux partitions with Ubuntu command line. I check it with 'fsck.ext3 -pvf /dev/sdaX' where 'X' is the number of my Linux partition on my HD. I found some messages like 'non contiguous files'. Is that the problem? How to fix it? Here is the summarize of the command for that partition:

I'm not a Linux expert. I don't understand all these informations. But I tried to fix the problems with the previous Linux command.
Then, I suspected a long filename problem with Acronis as I saw on some posts. I found that some filenames have space or dot caracters. I replaced them by underscore. Error messages continue to appear.
Then, I stripped long filename to reduce long filename. Error messages continue to appear in Acronis.
Up to now, I don't know if it is a Acronis bug or a HD problem. Because it is a particular situation, I didn't find any informations on Acronis forum.
I appreciate if someone can give some hints to help me.
