Hello, I would like to know if anyone on this forum has actually used the Acronis True Image 2012 plus pack software and if so, did it work well in transferring an operating system to another pc?

Hello John,

I understand you're waiting for the experience of our other users, but from my end I can tell you that I've migrated my work machine with Plus Pack without any problems a couple of times, when we've received new hardware.

We have the detailed instructions with step-by-step screenshots in this KB User Guide, and I'd strongly recommend to refer to it when running a recovery.

All the feedback from other users is gladly welcomed.

Please also keep in mind that for recovery issues we provide unlimited support, and you can contact us at any time. Make sure you're logged on, and have your product license registered.
