Acronis True Image Home 2013 build 6514 patch 6520 doesn't solve GPT hd problem on W8 yet
Hi all.
I downloaded and burned a dvd with the file ATIH2013_6520_US.iso that was available.
My original (bought) software was a ATIH2013 build 6514 and at Clone Disk tool I had problems with it isn't seem GPT hard disk on Windows 8 .
I booted my system with this new iso image dvd burned and run Clone Disk tool again.
I performed the DISK CLONE tool with this steps:
1] clone mode - Automatic (default)
2] source disk -> select the source hard disk from the list below:
...........disk 2 ............
.......>>disk 3 Unsuported ....931.5Gb....iswstripe.......RAID <<..........
When I select [disk 3] I get the following message:
[ An emtpy hard disk cannot be selected as a source disk for cloning ]
I think the ATIH2013_6520_US.iso image not yet solved the problem of ATIH2013 see / recognize GPT disks in Windows 8.
Can you give me a new direction?
TIA

It may not be wise to try non publicly published ISO versions made available by Acronis unless specifically pointed to them by Acronis. This is purely because no one outside Acronis land know if these have been made to resolve a specific users problem, which might have little bearing on other users reported problems with the recovery media.
It then gets confusing to others on the forum when trying to help solve problems with the recovery media especially if that build of ISO has its own problems appearing.

Especially if anyone can overwrite this .iso file with whatever malware they want, given that .iso files are not digitally signed by Acronis.

Marcos,
I don't think your issue is with GPT disks in this case. Looks like the Rescue Media sees your disk as a source, but it does not "support" it.
Is this a disk a physical disk, or part of a RAID array.
Does this system use Intel Rapid Storage Technology and/or Intel Smart Response Technology?
What make and model of computer is this?
Can you open Windows Disk Management and capture the screen image and attach it here?
