Acronis True Image Home 9 restarting problem ...

Hi everyone, I'm new here but would like some support from more experienced users. Here is the problem. When I boot from a Sandisk Cruzer 16GB USB flash disk (using syslinux), then click on 'backup', as soon as the USB drive is read my netbook restarts. I should say I get into the True Image GUI (it restart when I click 'backup' and it reads the flash drive). I tried with an old 4 GB USB flash disk and it didn't restart but obviously this is too small to use as a backup. Are there any switches I can try within the syslinux.cfg file that may help?
