Acronis True Image WD Edition
Dear Forum Members
I have been using ATI WD Edition, seriously, since January this year and, I must admit, like the simplicity in using it.
I like the fact that it is not bloated with facilities I don't want or will never use, all I really want is to backup my 2 x WD 640GB HDs to my ReadyNAS Duo V2 and, when the time comes, boot up my current or possibly new PC and restore my data and PC O/S (WinXP Pro SP3) from my ReadyNAS to my replacement HDs. And possibly clone a hard drive or two.
However, I realised that I could not create an appropriate boot disk, with the necessary drivers, using the WD Edition of ATI.
Therefore, I would like to upgrade my ATI WD Edition, to either ATI WD Edition (Full Version), ATI2010 or ATIH2010.
Consequently, how can I get or buy an upgrade to my ATI WD Edition?

Hi Tuttle
I am somewhat surprised by your reply but I suspected (or was suspicious) that this was the case.
OK then, what would you recommend to a novice, bearing in mind that I like the simplicity of ATI WD Edition, which I believe is based on ATI 2009.

Acronis True Image 2013's bootable Rescue Disk would have the broadest support for hardware, so is more likely to support your new PC than would an older edition such as 2009. You can download the trial and try it out.
