Acrons True Image Server 9.1 won't install on fresh server - plz help

Hi,
Recently our company bought a new server wich is running Windows Server 2008. When i install Acronis like i do on all our servers, somewhere before the end the statusbar returns and the installer lets me know that the installation of Acronis was interrupted.
Offcourse i have my mcafee services disabled and i tried most solutions u can find on the net, but no luck so far.
The only diffrence from our other servers is that it's a 64-bit system.
The error and the log file are attached.
