Add existing backup not working

Thread needs solution

Upgraded to 2015 from 2013 but when I try to add existing backups to 2015 my Backups List it allows me to chose the existing backup but when I hit add the screen goes blank as if the operation has been completed but nothing shows up on the current list.

Could you please specify the following:
-what kind of backup you are going to add (Disk backup/File Backup/Mail Backup/Non-stop Backup etc.)?
-could you please provide the Acronis System Report, gathered just after such attempt to add existing backup? (Please attach Acronis System Report in a PM sent to me directly with a link to this post.)
