After True Image update program no longer runs

Thread needs solution

Last night I when I started TI 2012 there was a message that there was an update available. I installed the update and it said it was successful. After rebooting Windows 7 all I get when I try to start the progam
is a message that it cant start due to fatal error. I can't uninstall it or reinstall it for the same reason.
I think something got hosed in the registry. Any ideas?

I am in the same boat. Win7 Ultimate x64. I was away for a few days. I turned on my PC and my scheduled backup started, I got the simultaneous window to update. I think both were going on at the same time and both appeared to have failed. I've tried uninstalling but I get an error and TrueImage is no longer shown as an option to uninstall within windows. I can't use the program and I can't uninstall.

I tried to attach the dmp file and wer file but the dmp file was too big even compressed. I have attached the wer file. (
