Almost a total disaster with 2012

Long story short.....
I have been having TONS of problems with 2012 (2011 and 2010 were fine) where the backup would error out every time due some locked files (always different files being locked). And of course it won't work with my NAS.

BUT............
I just relialized that the sync deleted almost all my source code files!!!!!!!!!!
I had sync set to copy my source code to another folder on the same machine that was then backed up to Dropbox. Then at night a backup would happen (even though I cant back up to my NAS)..

It appears that there are a couple problems here:
1. Does Dropbox service and Acronis Sync in 2012 have issues playing togethor?????
2. The NAS feature does not work (it does if you FTP to the NAS though) - Synology
3. The credentials to connect to the NAS says it connected even if you put in a bad username and password.
4. Locked file issues during backups.
5. The constant pop-ups with the sync feature
6. The biggest problem is I can not believe I purchased this product without testing it first.

Thanks Goodness Dropbox has a restore deleted files option or else I would be in a world of hurt.....

Come on Acronis get this figured out!
