app opens in "Entire PC" mode and my normal backup entries are gone?

Windows 10 Pro  | Acronis Build 6613

My scheduled backups were completed this morning just fine, however when I opened Acronis later to setup a new scheduled backup, the app opens in "Entire PC" mode and my normal backup entries are gone? Solution? Help appreciated, Bob

Hello Bob, this sounds strange but looking through the forums I can see that other users have reported similar behaviour, see https://forum.acronis.com/forum/97566 as an example.

One solution, assuming that you have tried the obvious and restarted your computer and checked if the problem still exists, is to first check that you have backup task scripts in the C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts folder - these are the XML files that run the backup tasks that you say are now missing.

If the scripts are indeed missing, then you could try restoring this folder from a recent backup from when all was OK - you may want to restore the whole ProgramData\Acronis folder structure to be on the safe side.

If that doesn't work for you, then I would suggest uninstalling ATIH 2015, running the Acronis Cleanup Tool (see the link in my signature data) and then performing a clean re-install to be ensure that nothing has become corrupted in the application.
