"Arabic numbers" Real, not 1,2,3, etc - how to change?

Thread needs solution

I'm running 2014 True Image Premium and numbers in some of my windows that display the volume of storage size-- Ggaabytes (GB) for example, are displaying as "genuine" Arabic numbers, that is, not as the "westernized" versions (e.g., 1,2,3,...) but as the "ancient & origina"l Arabic script, where what looks like a zero, to us, is actually a 5 in "our" nunbers.

How can I correct this annoying problem? I say "annoying" because, on UN duty in Egypt (1974), I actually could read those numbers, but have long since forgotten most of them.

P,S. I don't recall choosing the Arabic language or any country other than Canada when installing the application.

Thanks,

Rick
