Arconis 2010 home is slowing down after update

Hello,
Iam runnung windows7 (64bit) and have updated Dez. 2010 the software, since then the creation of images are slowing down, it takes a lot of time before Acronis starts to cfreat eteh image.
That was not the case before I installed the update!
My question:
How to geht rid of the update (no images are avialable) ?
What is making the softwaer slowing down?
