ATH 2011 / build 6868 Planned job startet and aborted immediately

Thread needs solution

Hello friends, who can help, please?
A planned job is started but "immediately" completes error message with one.
The logging file shows the following entries.

Freitag, 22. Juli 10:53:22
Keine solches Skript '0E36B268-648D-470C-A12A-1622FD080815'.
Bearbeiten von Paar script fehlgeschlagen:0E36B268-648D-470C-A12A-1622FD080815
Aktion mit Fehlern beendet.

The daily job has to be done with that automatically and what correctly takes place?

Remark:
If the same job is started manually, it takes place without problems.
Regards
Okieh.

For some reason, the script has been corrupted.

Download the Acronis Schedule Manager, zap all your tasks. Reset the schedule in the task.

If this doesn't fix:
Move the tib files you want to keep to another directory.
Delete the backup task.
Create a new backup task.

If this doesn't fix it, uninstall 2011, reboot and reinstall.

Hello Pat,
thank you for your efforts and for your very high-speed answer.

I have still used the function "Zap" last night.

Backed the time test wise daily, 19:00 clock.
The job started correctly around 19:00 as desired and ended also correctly.

After the end I have this job on daily, 1 x, changed at user logon.
This is my wish setting! This user (I myself) have administrator rights.

This morning, at my user logon this job did not start as desired.

Renewed modification executed until the time, today 10:00 clock.
The job started at the desired time and ended correctly.

The question where can the corresponding user entry be found and corrected perhaps manually under Acronis arises for me.
Do you have a note to this?

With kind regards
Okieh.

Okieh,

It is possible there is a bug with starting at user logon. When you tried, did you log in after startup, after wakeup, or after a log off/ log on cycle? Is this a situation where you ahve different users? One administrator and other regular users?

I am trying to identify where the problem might be.

At any rate, the alternative is to create a windows task using the task scheduler that calls ATI to launch the backup. I would assume the Windows Task Scheduler to be more reliable with this kind of event.

Here is a guide with an older version of Windows: http://forum.acronis.com/forum/16086#comment-49269

Thank Pat,
for your selfless engagement and your kindness to help.

The solution comes in my case here!
After you have mentioned your last tips to me, keyword "user problem", I have gone through my user configuration once again.

The problem and also the clearing up lay here:

My PC supplier had carried out "AAAAA" on the delivery, in the first system generation with my surname.

However, I wanted to work with my Christian name, "BBBBB", on the system.
So have amended the account name on the Christian name.
The welcome screen at the logon showed to the Christian names "BBBBB" and this requires password.
Windows starts, this user (BBBBB).
The files internally are led under the surname "AAAAA", however.
C:\Users\AAAAA\ .......
Therefore there are 2 names in the internal PC user administration which probably are not treated by ATIH correctly.
Became the ATIH job under the dialling name: Creates "BBBBB" and "BBBBB" also should be executing at the dialling later.
However, the internal ATIH job control only must the surname: Used "AAAAA" have?

The ATIH job immediately started everyone both after the modification, that is equality of in front of and surname, on "AAAAA".
You can see this 2 information in the user administration.
I have enclosed a copy for you from my PC, modification having been carried out after this one.
Please see appendix.
Before the modification was in the line: ATIH (=) faultily "AAAAA" and "BBBBB".
After the modification, present stand: ATIH (=) OK runs "AAAAA" and "AAAAA".

Result:
1. ATIH should master this naming convention.
2. Seeing this information first and perhaps letting specify if possible as a workaround for kind helpers and in similar cases.

Again thanks for the help and all best for you.
Okieh.

A last and other question:
Perhaps, Pat, do you have information about e-mail dispatch reports from ATIH?
Mails to the server wich does not required authentication, does not run from ATIH to this e-mail addresses!
There is no setting for it under ATIH! Or?

Here, http://kb.acronis.com/content/13673, Acronis says that you have to enter your usename and password EVEN if the servers don't require authentication. Hmmm..
