ATI 2010 Home - Recovery Questions

Is there a good tutorial for backing up and restoring this version? I usually do a B&R each month but for some reason I have not been able to save the B&R to the correct external hard drive lately. I seem to have been saving them to the C: drive and, as you know, that is no good and that is why I have the external drive. I think I am having far too many Senior Moments lately(4-5 months) and confuson is a big part of me. Haven't been able to create a backup in about 5 months!! Can anyone list or number the items in the "tree" that opens when starting this feature? I need help with all items listed in screenshot; but left and right side of the offering. Sure will thank you for any help you are able to give me.
