ATI 2012 or 2011 Will not Compleatly Load Recovery CD or USB on selected Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba Models (NOTEBOOKS)

When trying to boot the ATI 2012 recovery DISK or USB the first splash screen will load however when click on ATI 2012 the acronis loaded page will not load. The cursor will blink then screen will go blank.

With a Samsung RV520 ATI 2011 Recovery will work but ATI 2012 Will NOT
Lenovo G550 Will not load program at all.

Any Ideas?

Have you tried to recreate the bootable media in the following way?

  1. Download the latest updated media in ISO format from your website account
  2. Burn it onto the CD

After that check if the issue remains.

Yana Thank you for the responce. I started a trouble ticket with support on Tuesday however i needed to leave that office i was at. The tech sent me the latest ISO and we did try the with a no luck. Any other ideas.

ok I am rolling back to 2011. You guys still are not able to fix the boot load issue with the 2012 iso.
Glad I decided to test out 2012 before I buy. Obviously, 2012 has major issue, at least with what I saw with the Boot image.
