ATI 2012 V 11.5 Problem Event: APPCRASH

Thread needs solution

I created a new backup Plan: Differential, Weekly. It auto executed at the proper time. It ran for a few minutes and stopped. I recovered the "Problem Signature" from the Error Log. I'm running Windows 7 SP1 on a Toshiba Laptop. I'm backing up to a Seagate USB3 3 TB disk with no partitions. This program and drive combination has always worked on previously set up backup schemes with this program / computer configuration. Any thoughts on the problem cause and solutions?

ynot,

Build 7119 of TIH 2012 is not a current build, the last build being 7133. You might find that installing the current build will repair your MSVCR80.dll file.

This Microsoft file is a distributed file and is installed by different software, which can sometimes corrupt an existing install. Check if you instaled some new software recently or ran a Windows update.

This post has slipped into the ABR forum, if you could edit your post andtransfer this thread to the True Image Home older versions forum more people will see your problem and might be able to offer suggestions. you will see a drop down box on the top left of the text box, click this and select TIH forum and then click transfer.
