ATI 2014 acc0unt login sits there circling around.

Thread needs solution

system does not log in or log out and just sits there.
the cloud back ups fail every time.
I have an account set ok with a subscription on auto renewal.

Support web site says i cannot access some options as they have expired!!!! What do I need for support.
