ATI 2015 not responding

When i click on icon nothing show up, in task manager i can see that acronis true image home is not responding. I'm using trial version. i attached system report. Please help.

Check to see how many entries there are in Task Manager for True Image, if there is more tha one True Image (not including scheduler2 or timounter), kill one of the extra processes and see if the GUI appears.

Have you tried running a repair install?

It was happening in true image 2013 where gui showed up but was not responding. So i used clean script and then installed 2015 ...several restarts

Note:I am not an expert on Windows Event Manager.

Having said that, there are a number of items that raise some questions, they may or may not be related to your problem.

1. There seems to be a problem with your Bluetooth Hub

2. Your trial Microsoft software seems to be problematical. I'm assuming that your Windows install is a standard one and not a ' special type'.

3. The Acronis OS Selector service is failing. This service relies on the Windows ProtectedStorage service and that appears not to be working.

4. Is your NAS causing problems? There are a number of entries of IP v6 failure in regards to the NAS.

6. Is MATLAB attached to any hardware such as any instruments?

I see that both True Image and Explorer have crashed, with Explorer crashing before True Image. The .Net runtime is also crashing.

Have you tried running Windows System File Checker (sfc /scannow)? Run it from an Administrator command prompt.

I think you need to raise a support request attaching the system report file to it.

I've just had a further thought. Is the Non Stop Backup from an earlier version of True Image?

The log files show 2015 being installed over the top of an earlier version (TI 2013:6514) and show and install failure. I'm now wondering if maybe there are still some 2013 components still installed and 2015 hasn't overwritten them correctly, even though you have used the Acronis Cleaner.

I have ran the 'sfc /scannow', no error found, also check disk at boot looks fine. I tried then install COMODO BackUp, it ended up at 55% with:

15:46:58 Error reading from disk.
15:46:58 Backup failed with code 101117 (The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

I also tried 'EaseUS Todo Backup' whitch also ended up at about middle. But 'AOMEI Backupper Standard Edition' did backup just fine, although i think that there are some warning regarding I/O and hdd in event viewer. Drive i want to back up is 120GB Intel 530 ssd, i didnt observed anything weird except backing up.

Check to see if there are any updates for your SSDs firmware and whether there are any updates for the Intel driver.

I can't recall exactly, but I think there were some Intel forums reporting that there was a bug in one or two models of Intel SSDs firmware.

It's called intel 320 8MB bug, i had this hdd, i made a claim, then they send me newer hdd which is not affected with this bug. I loosed data first time without backup, then it failed second time but i had two weeks old backup (fortunalely). Thats why i'm bothering with this ;-) ...i appreciate your help man
