What build of TI 10 are you using?

Have you downloaded the updated ISO from your Acronis account (if available) and tried it?

Is the new drive connected to the same port as the original?

What are the sizes and types (IDE, SATA, SSD, etc.) of the two drives?

If IDE, are the jumper settings correct (Master/Slave/CS)?

Were any BIOS settings changed?

Does the new drive show correctly in the BIOS?

yes

I believe so

What are the sizes and types (IDE, SATA, SSD, etc.) of the two drives?

It’s one drive with two partitions. Total size 300GB. IDE

If IDE, are the jumper settings correct (Master/Slave/CS)?

I believe so.

Were any BIOS settings changed?

It’s a new BIOS

Does the new drive show correctly in the BIOS?

Yes

I also uninstalled ATI and reinstalled from latest installation file.

I also noticed that ATI cannot find the HD for actions related to the entire drive, but if I try to work with files ATI recognizes the HD.

Acronis knowledge Base has an article here http://kb.acronis.com/content/1515 that explains the problem and attributes it to a bad MBR.  There is no viable solution other than reformatting the drive. I wonder if there may be another cause with a different solution.

Sorry for posting after so much time – I was sure that I’d get n email notification about the previous post.
