ATI Home 2009 collides with NOD32 6.x on Windows XP

Thread needs solution

Configuration of system in use is
Windows XP sp3 pc + TI solution as in subject + Eset NOD32 av 6.x

As soon as and as long as TI is installed along with nod32 the operating system is responsible poorly or not at all to actions made with mouse or keyboard. Log-off takes practically infinitively long time. AT hangs up
on splash screen in the initialize stage.
Problems do not occur any more if to remove ti solution from this pc.

Before removal the device manager showed two entries of the type Acronis True Image Backup explorer. There was a slight difference in names of these two entries. Possibly one of them came from the ti installation of older version which was in use on that pc in the past (9.0).
Where did these two entries come from?

Now, the TI is not present (removed) and PC is working fine.
Anyhow TI must come back as soon as possible, otherwise there is no possibility of periodic system backups.

How to ensure that after new installation of TI 2009 home the reported problems do not occur again?
