ATI Home 2011 not working on basic features just like the previous version.
Does Acronis even have a quality assurance department? I am really pissed because this software hasn't worked and I have been back and fourth for months and months. This is the worst performing piece of software I have ever used in my entire life. I could never get the online backup to work in the previous version, but the 2011 online backup version works. And regarding ATI 2011, the version chain scheme does not work properly. I have already had 6 versions of differential backups created. Once again this is not functioning properly, it is supposed to create a new full backup after 5 differentials.
Second issue is that when I view files and folders in the backup the same filename is listed under every single backup date, which is the last version created of a file. This software sucks, ever HEARD OF A QA department? Maybe you guys should get one and stop releasing code and features that DO NOT WORK.
Not only that but ONLINE BACKUP FOLDER EXCLUSION DOES NOT WORK

You won't, that is a link for beta testers. The link is to a thread whereby a similar problem was reported in an early beta.

Because the post is in the beta forum and you need to be registered as a beta tester to access it.

Keep an eye out for an Acronis announcement for the next product beta test which will have a link to the sign up form and a beta testing agreement to read, or you could try a search on the website.
Not sure if they are accepting applications whilst there is no new version betas being tested.
Though you can only try.
As I mentioned, the post referred to by RayG is basically reporting the differential problem with one of the beta 2011's.
