ATI locks up using while booted to USB Drive

I am having trouble with ATI locking up while booted from a USB Drive.
I am using ATI 2013 Home edition.
The computer is running Win 7 32 bit.
I am using a 64GB USB Drive that has been set up as ATI Bootable Media.

When I boot to the drive, Acronis loads normally.
I go to make a new backup, of the full drive partition, and get to the window where you select a new backup location.
I click on "create new backup archive", then "Browse" to select a backup location.
At this point ATI locks up. No change in the screen after 10-15 minutes. I have to power cycle the machine to try again.

The machine still boots to windows normally.

I previously did a full drive image of this same machine, using the same USB Drive, about 2 weeks ago with no problems.
Any help would be appreciated.
