ATIH 2012 OnlineBackup event code 0x013C0005
I tried serveral times to create an Online Backup, Every times it stops with the following Event code 0x013C0005 Please help me otherwise I can not Use any more this paid service.
I had never had problems with 2011 but with 2012 It was not posiible to create an Online Backup
I am Using ATIH 2012 with Windows7 Ultimate Edition and 2GB memory.

I am also having the same problem that R Spanjerberg is reporting. This problem did not happen in ATH 2011. Unfortunately, I am unable to generate Acronis Info logs as per the instructions given in the Knowledgebase. I tried to generate Acronis Reports but was told I do not have the necessary administrative rights - but I am the administrator on this computer. So please any guidance would be appreciated.
Unfortunately with ATH 2011, I kept getting strange results. I would log on to ATH 2011 Online and it would report 0 gigabytes used out of 250 GB. Previously I had uploaded 83 GB. So this was confusing. This is why I upgraded to ATH 2012. Then ATH 2012 did indeed report the 83 GB uploaded. But now I cannot get ATH 2012 to upload because of this Event code: 0x013C0005 error.
Also ATH 2012 keeps closing when I try to access Online Backup settings.
When I was using ATH 2010, everything was working OK with the Online Backup. I was very impressed with ATH compared to other products such as Mozy and Carbonite. Now with the upgrades to ATH 2011-12, I am getting very disappointed.
My computer is a HP Windows 7 Home Premium with i7 processor, 8 GB memory, 1.5 TB hard drive, and a 500 GB HP Pocket Media Drive (which is the external HDD).
I am very confused with the erratic behavior of Acronis True Image 2011-2012. I have spent too much time trying to get Acronis Online Backup to work in the upgraded versions.
Please help before I start trying to evaluate other services.

I'm having the same problem plus Online Backup trial won't work because it claims that the size of the backup is already 150GB above the 20 GB trial limit with me not even having selected any files to back up. Reverting back to an alternative product now for I'm tired of stuffing around with software that just won't work or shows irrational behaviour, and won't subcribe to the Online backup service after the trial runs out...
