Automatic upgrade from ATI 2010 to 2011 generates error message.

Thread needs solution

A pop-up window advised that an free upgrade was available for ATI 2010 (Home +Plus Pack). When installed from the dialogue box an error was generated:

Module C:\ProgramFiles\Acronis\TrueImageHome\mapi_proxy_32.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147024714 contact your support personnel.

I pressed the "Ignore" button and install went to completion. HELP - ABOUT Acronis True Image Home shows: "Acronis True Image Home 2011 Update 1 (build 6597)" is installed.

On each boot of the program the same dialogue box pops up advising that a free upgrade is available. Is this because there are more updates waiting in a cue, or an error due to the failure mentioned above? ATI seemed to generate a full system backup okay.

System = Custom AMD system, Win XP Service Pack 3.
