Backing up My Backup settings/schemes

Hi,

Is there a way to backup all the My Backups I have saved,

This would actually be really useful if there was a full failure because it would remind of all the places & times I have backup.

I guess there is, I can't see it though.

Also I have noticed that when click to recover files and I think tha backup has a large number of files it takes a minute or more to move on the the next action & it looks like it has frozen, no hour glass or anything, just no response and buttons greyed.
For quite a while I thought it had crashed and was force closing and restarting everything. I have a fast PC, I don't mind waiting but would like to know its still doing something.
