Backup Date cannot be found

I have reinstalled ATI 2014 again and still get the "Backup Date cannot be found" message when attempting consolidation. This seems to be a recurring problem - but I have found no posting that has a useful solution. Can somebody please post one, if there is one?

I recently upgraded hoping that at least some of the bugs in ATI would be resolved. I suppose I was somewhat naive because yet another (the Backup Date Cannot Be Found) bug is occurring. The usual Google search surfaces many threads reporting this same issue that span a number of versions, but still NO RESOLUTION.

While the latest ATI delivered a new clean UI it's a shame the basic bugs that have existed for years still haven't been fixed.

Sorry, my post doesn't help solve the issue. :-(
