Backup Failing on ONE of several home systems

Thread needs solution

Howdy, I have a support case open where I am getting HORRIBLE customer support (Case ID 01715265). Anyway, thought I'd turn here as apparently the home product doesn't qualify me to call and raise hell with them mano e mano.

So, I have a nice Synology NAS at the house. I use FTP to access the backup location on the NAS where I want the backup bits stored. Working great for all but one of our systems. This system starts off like the others rippin through the bits in 2GB chunks as expected, gets 12-14GB of data on the FTP location and then stalls out.. Network transfer drops to nothing and it just sits there for ... awhile before finally erroring out. Error is "Operation with partition '2-0' was terminated." Attached a screenshot with all the other gobbledy gook.

This system is my son's Alienware gaming system. It has (2) SSDs in RAID-0. So I'm wondering if that is part of the issue. Whats strange to me is that the system only has 2 partitions, the Windows and then the Reserved 100MB one that Windows creates.

Anyway, might someone have any suggestions or tips to help me resolve this annoying issue?

Are you able to test to a local or local external drive at all?

Just to see if the problem is with TIH or TIH and the network.
