Backup to NAS - NAS Not 'Seen'

Thread needs solution

Just purchased this product and want to schedule a backup routine. I backup to an NAS that is connected via ethernet to my wifi router.

When I launch the software and go to select the backup location, the NAS is not visible. It's not visible under NAS connections nor is it visible under Network. My Network name is visible under Network, but not the NAS. My desktop computer is visible and I am able to log into it and access the Users folder.

When I look at Network in Windows Explorer, I see and can access the NAS, the main network and my desktop.

I've tried adding the NAS but it doesn't seem to work.

Thoughts appreciated.

Is it when you create a new task, or when you access an existing backup?
There must be a setting that you need to turn on on the NAS (SMB?, discovery?)
Do you have shares on the NAS that you can access through Windows explorer?
Do you have any public share on the NAS?
