I am receiving an error 0xc0000225 (unable to access device) when I try to run a backup recovery. My OS is Win 8. When this error occurs and I try to either run again or go back to Win 8 I get notice that my OS has an error and I have to run the repair Win 8 disc. This process will only let me reinstall Win 8. I have no idea which device backup recovery is looking for.
