Backups not being created

I'm using:
Win7 HP (SP1)
ATI 2010 (Build 7,154)
ADD 11 Home (build 11.0.2121)
Buffalo NAS connected via ethernet to router (PC connected wirelessly to router)
NAS is partitioned with one partition dedicated to backups
3 HDD installed in PC of which 1 is dedicated to backups

I have eight scheduled backups set up in ATI; four go to the dedicated backup HDD in the PC and four to the backup partition on the NAS. I also have non-stop backup switched on which again backs up to the dedicated backup HDD.

ATI is saying that the backups are completing successfully yet no backup archives are being created. Also the logs do not indicate any problems and show "Operation has succeeded"

If I right-click a scheduled taks and set it to run, the backups to the dedicated HDD are correctly created, however the ones to the NAS initially appear during the backup process only to disappear when the task completes.

Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be or what I can check.

Update - The backups created through the manual submission of the task have now also disappeared.

Previous versions of TI have always worked fine for me, but this current problem is making me question whether it's worth going back to Windows backups.

Any suggestions PLEASE :)
