This sounds like you have some hardware failure. Sound like your machine cannot get past the POST process. Could be failed RAM, motherboard, disk controller, dead CMOS battery.... You might try replacing the CMOS battery and attempt. Be advised that will reset all bios settings to default values.
Before you do that can you get the machine to startup and enter the bios setup screen?

yes, i can enter the bios Setup. date and time are are right
hmm, the restore of my backup runs.
and: there is a new harsddisk, which i tested in another pc

but: before recovery i get the warning: the System can not boot from bios.
regards

Can you check to make sure the new disk is listed first in the boot order in the bios?

You indicate there is no partition marked as active, how did you determine that?

Have you tried to access Windows Recovery by repeatedly pressing F8 during the startup process? If you can access that you can choose the repair option. This is assuming that you your machine can POST which it sounds like it should.

here are screenshots:

on pic2: in my eyes: very simple:

Unfortunately what you are trying to accomplish is going to be very complicated. Your disk image is from a UEFI GPT system and the warning message indicates that you are recovering that image to a system that boots BIOS MBR. After recovery your target disk is GPT and BIOS systems can only boot Windows from a MBR disk.

thank you for your message

but: that's why i bought ACRONIS 2015!!
can i Change something in the bios? there is a uefi bios

Well, you can try enabling UEFI in the bios setup, may not work though.
