Boot error after image recovery

Hey everyone, after an HDD failure I bought a replacement drive for my Dell Studio XPS 8100 PC and restored an Acronis image from last February. The restore ends fine but when the PC is going to boot into Windows 7 Ultimate, I get the following error on my screen.

Status: 0xc000000f
Info: Windows failed to load because the NLS data is missing, or corrupt.
