BSOD with TI 2009 when connecting SD card

When I insert SD card into reader or connect SD device, I get the BSOD. The recovery window indicated TI issue. I disabled all TI services and startup from running and no longer have the problem. Is there a patch or fix I can perform? If not, has this issue been resolved in the latest version?
