Build 6514 Turning off the warning for disabling the scheduling service

TI 2013 build 6514 Windows 7 Pro 64 bit

I only make full back-ups of my C drive (it only takes a few minutes) and have disabled the non stop back-up service and sync agent in "services," both of which which I don't use or need. No problems. I also wish to disable the scheduler 2 service, as I don't need that either, but when I do that, it continuously triggers constant and frequent warnings. See example in the lower right corner of the attached screen capture. Does anyone know of a way to disable the warnings?
