Can Acronis 2015 Mirror my C: Drive

A mirror is technically a copy of all the files and folders. One would expect a mirror to do its copy immediately or on a scheduled time after the time is changed on the source disk. Typically mirroring software doesn't handle system files well, so the mirrored disk might not be bootable. A mirror is not to be confused with a RAID type 1, which is similar but works at the disk and volume level: the disk controller or manager is making both disks work in parallel after the initial setup/synchronization. One would expect a mirror to be a local disk, but technically the mirrored content could be on a remote disk. Sync software can create mirrors or backups (the difference between a mirror and a backup is typically that, in a backup, deleted files and folders are kept in the copy).

Acronis has a sync function. Its sync function can synchronize the content of a local disk/folder with another compute or device, but not with a local disk.

So it is hard to answer yes or no to your question. If all you want is keep a copy of your data files in sync across computers, Acronis can do this. If you want redundancy of data on a system disk, you would need some other solution.
