Can anyone use Syncronization to Acronis Cloud or log in to Acronis Cloud via web browser?

Thread needs solution

Since yesterday TI2013 cannot log in when i use the syncronization tab. I have successfully logged in only once yesterday but could not synchronize anything. The login took approx five minutes. It takes only a couple of seconds normally.

If i try to log into https://cloud-wrh-us2.acronis.com it takes forever to log in and all files i have uploaded are *gone* and no syncronizations can be found. The Storage says that i have no files uploaded. (See attached images)

Is this a known issue, iow that the cloud is down at the moment?

At the moment i am using a lisenced version of TI2013 and the one month trial version of the Acronis Cloud. I dont know why the Tariff Plan says Free Beta. (Free Trial is what i expect)

It is a disaster if all uploaded files are gone and that the end user don't get any warning when the files was removed or that there are no information on the website that says that there are issues at the moment.

I have backups of all files i have uploaded, but if i had not it would have been an serious issue.

So, can anyone here log in or use the Syncronize feature to Acronis Cloud at the moment?

EDIT:
For some reason i have three Backups listed, and if i click on one of them i get an error message telling me that "Storage Server is not available". (See the attached image storageserver.png)

I think that the service you are using is linked to the Acronis Online Backup and Storage product which is integrated into ATIH2012 and 2013.

There is a separate Forum dealing with problems using this service and if you investigate you will see there have been a lot of problems with the reliability of the service. Recently Acronis have reported the European server has had problems that can manifest as "Server Not Available".

So far in around 6 months of using this service and experiencing a lot of times when for one reason or another it did not work, Acronis has never actually lost my data once it has been uploaded. It can, however, take a long time to get it on the server and you may not always be able to access it when you want. My advice is do not rely totally on this part of the software but use it as a supplement if you wish.

Hope this helps.

I could sync files successfully on the evening that day, and no files was lost. :)

Right now i am facing the very same issue again and this very reason, iow that the cloud service is unavailable from time to time, makes me think twice about getting the full subscription.

The sad thing is that i think many of the features of Acronis Cloud outperforms other cloud services. I use a service from a huge cloud provider today but find that service not so flexable sometimes and think Acronis Cloud outperforms it. But their cloud service is always available...

I use external HDD's as a complement today already.

I am only using the Syncronize feature and do never use the Backup feature in TI2013 to upload files to the cloud. I always use the Backup feature in TI2013 to backup to a local HDD.

I have had exactly the same problem since 5th October; True Image 2013 says "Acronis Cloud is unavailable" and connecting to my backup using my browser is extraordinarily slow. I expect the servers to be down no and again but this is now 4 days solid....

Barwick,

Which server do you try to connect with?
