Can I put an Image of my Hard Drive on Two External Hard Drives at same time?
Hi,
For the record I am running an HP 64-bit Pavilion p7-1157c with 2.10GHz and 8GBs of Memory. I have Windows 7 Professional SP1 loaded and I use IE9 as my browser.
I started using Acronis TrueImage10 a few years back while using WinXP on my former computer. I then updated Acronis to TE11 and have since moved to this new computer running Win7.
Up to this point I have always made a full image of my onboard hard drive and put it on a 320 GB USB 2.0 Aluratek External Hard Drive with no problems. However, the more my personal files grow the larger my images become, so I just took the plunge and have purchased and I a now waiting for a 1 TB USB 2.0 iomega eGo External Hard Drive to arrive. It will give me the extra backup space and also the opportunity to save my important documents on two different External Drives.
My question is simply: (1) Can I save an image to both of these External Hard Drives at the same time?
Both of my Externals have their own power source that plugs into an outlet. If it is possible for Acronis to put an Image on two External Drives at the same time, (2) would it be possible to do it while having the Externals plugged into a Powered USB Hub that also plugs into an electrical outlet?
Thanks and regards,
