Can True Image File be undeleted

I was using True Image and intended to remove a backup from the list. I clicked the wrong box and accidentally deleted a True Image Backup file from a USB Hard drive which had an NTFS primary partition.

Since making this mistake I have not saved any other files on the drive. I have tried various undelete software but the best I get is the name of the lost file but with zero size. Is there any way to recover the whole file. My operating system is Windows 7 Professional.
