So I get this error whilst trying to backup a NAS filesystem to the Acronis Cloud.

Cannot access disks selected for backup . Event code: 0x000B0106

I search the Acronis forums and also the errorcode lookup website :
http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode ... Nothing

Next I think to myself .. I will try Acronis support, yea great so long as you want to pay for the privilege.

What is a product where you have to pay to get support for something that probably is a bug in the software, I can understand this for commercial customers but not private ones.

My understanding is that Acronis True Image 2014 is able to backup NAS filesystems .. So why is it not backing up mine?

A totally dis-statisfied customer.

True Image can't backup network folders to the cloud. (there is a comparison chart - http://kb.acronis.com/content/17795)
Support for consumer products is indeed paid after initial 30 days period (for commercial ones it's one year and then you can renew)
