cannot connect to server

Thread needs solution

I want to back up my data to Acronis cloud. So I click on back up to cloud, fill out the details - email, password etc, click on Log in, and receive to following message - "Failed to connect with the Sync Server. Check your Internet connection, or try again later."

I have checked that my firewall is allowing True Image to connect, and all protocols are correct as far as I can see (Using Bullguard 2013).

Did a Telnet check - all fine. Cannot work out why the message keeps coming up. Any Ideas?

Someone else is also having this problem, I'm wondeirng of the Acronis Server is feeling 'under the weather' at the moment.

Just to be clear are you trying to Sync or make an Online Backup?

If you log into your Acronis account are you able to access OnLine Backup?
