Cannot find version 38 Warning

Thread needs solution

My Acronis backup is giving a warning that it cannot find a backup version (see attached JPG).  It offers an option to browse to the position of the version, but the browse feature does not actually work.  How do I go about getting Acronis to start backing up again properly?

It version 38 the last backup?  The most frequent cause is that the Windows changed the drive letter on the storage disk due to insertion of a flash drive, etc; or, the computer lost connect to the storage disk--which perhaps was sleeping.

YOu may need to start a new backup task with a new task name pointing to a new storage folder or sub-folder.

FYI: You have only 185GB free space on your attached storage disk which is currently lettered as drive D.
