Cannot move TrueImage 2014 licence, activation process errors

Support really sucks. Recently, the ability to move my TrueImage 2014 license from one computer to another has begun to fail. I get scripting errors, and the last screen (when I can get to it) fails to refresh and report a successful move. Restarting the process ends in the same result. There appears to be no means to get to Acronis, without having to pay more, to ask them to reset the license so that I can again use the product. I have been a customer for a long time, even though I have never wanted anything other than the cloning product. As is usual for retail products of the time, I can't get what I want (I am forced to pay for tools I don't want), and I can't get support without having to pay for it. WHAT A CROC!!!!!
