Cannot select source disk for backup

I have a trial version of 2012 Home ATI and upgraded it from Ver 9.

When I go to Disk & Partition Backup and Disk Backup window appears I cannot select anything in the Source box - nothing is listed to select whatever option I choose on the right hand side.

Is there a fix for this please. I do not have problems with any other image program.

Running XP sp3 (up to date)

Did you uninstall TI 9 before installing TI 2012?

Are the "other" imaging programs currently installed? Many times, different snapshot drivers don't play nice together. One of the common problems is that drives are not seen or not seen correctly.

No I didn't uninstall TI 9 but it saw it and removed the driver and re booted. I have tried doing a repair and an unistall and re install but everytime it is the same.

The other image program is Active Image but that does not have anything running - don't do scheduled backups.

I have now managed to get it working correctly. Restored my base image and it worked correctly so presumably something was conflicting with it.

Tried a couple of system images to try out the commenting which is now improved over the previous version. Went back to my base image a couple of times to try installing it with firewall etc installed to try and reproduce the fault but it did not re-appear. Checked on the images I had made and found that I could not view the comments I had made on them, nor could it on any of the ver 9 images I have. It would seem that the comments are no longer kept with the images - can anyone confirm this?
