Cannot use my Acronis 2014

Thread needs solution

To Whom it may co0ncern,

I bought the product earlier this year and entered the registration details you provided me with but after a short time it stopped working. Today, I have had an I.T. person look at it and he uninstalled Acronis just in case there was some sort of problem with my installation and reinstalled it and the same issue is still there.

What happens is that True Image 2014 starts and you can read all tutorials but the options to use in order to back up are all unable to be clicked upon.

So, how does this get fixed so that I can use the product I paid for, please?

Any help appreciated.

It sounds like you need to activate or reactivate your installation. Try the instructions in the link above.

Thanks for your reply but there is no "activate" option in my Acronis at all. Worse, Acronis Australia doesnt allow any contact from users unless it is within the first 3 months so this is the only option I have to solve this.

Is there any way to resolve this? It has been uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing happens. You dont get an option to activate it during installation and there is no option to activate it after installation either.

Thanks for that comment but it didnt help. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product a few times and it always comes up with no way to enter the registration and then wont let me do anything whatsoever.

So how do I get to use the product I paid for please? I cannot contact Acronis at all and I am at the point of taking this to Fair Trading to get my money back as I have had it less than a year and due to programming problems within the program have not been able to use it.

Any help greatly appreciated.
