Can't Change Email Address
Acronis Support,
I changed my email address a few months ago and updated my Acronis account to reflect this. When I the changed the address in my online backup client it moaned a bit and had to go through it's setup again but that was fine.
Now all this time later I still get my subscription reminders to my old email address. I changed my email in PayPal also, so it's not there it's picking it up from. Only this morning when I renewed again, my payment confirmation and all my details got sent to my old address.
This address is going out of service very soon, and I've managed to get all important emails going to my new account except Acronis.
Is there anything you can do from your end if I PM you my email address?

Sent the PM as requested.
Further to the issue I've noticed all the mis directed email is coming from Cleverbridge and not yourselves, may give you a starting place to look :)
I do get the promotional 'Buy Acronis Plus Pack' emails to my new address, so it's sort of working!

Same thing here. They have no place to change emails and there are two different "account" pages and neither one will let you change the email. Furthermore, a live chat with a rep didn't help either despite him changing it for me - or so he said. I kept checking online and it never changed. Then he told me I had to wait 24 hours for it to show up - he was just trying to get me off of chat. Clearly didn't know what he was doing. SOO FRUSTRATING!! Why can't they be like everyone else and let customers change their own email address? Sheesh!

Thank you for your posting! Acronis engineers cannot change a registration email in your personal account, we can only move all your license keys to the new account with the new email. I've checked your new account @osteo.wvsom.edu - all license keys have been sucessfully transferred from @wvsom.edu. If you experience difficulties with logging in to the new account (@osteo.wvsom.edu), please send me two screenshots in PM, that show how you enter the login details and the error message you see when trying to log in. I'll help you to resolve this issue.
