Can't clone USB drive to USB drive-data only no OS

Thread needs solution

When I try to clone at boot up, the externally plugged in usb HP Personal Media Drive is not recognized by TI 2010.
When trying to clone in Windows 7, it starts, then says to reboot the computer but then nothing happens after the reboot.
One HP Personal Media Drive is in the desktop slot and one is connected to a USB port. It's around 400 MB'S of data so I don't want to copy files one by one...too tedious.
I though Acronis was able to clone drives??? What's up with this??
Any help?
Thanks.
Remember I have Windows 7 32 bit and TI 2010...maybe it's not possible to clone?

Hello Hope,

Let me assist you.

I may recommend you to clone your drives using Acronis Bootable Media. Please download the ISO image from your account, burn it to a CD, boot off using it and clone your data.

If your drive still not recognized, please collect Linux System Report along with AcronisInfo and submit a request to support.

Please reply to this thread if you need any assistance.

Thank you.
